Project Manager, Innovation in Milwaukee
Maggie serves as project manager for the Greater Milwaukee Committee’s Innovation in Milwaukee (MiKE) initiative. Maggie assists with defining and implementing MiKE’s strategic mission while managing a variety of different programs and events to connect its Corporate Council to Milwaukee’s talent networks. Program and events include quarterly council meetings, the Reverse Job Fair, Destination Innovation and a new collaborative conference called Walk the Talk.
Maggie also sits on the founding leadership team of MiKE’s newest initiative with Startup Milwaukee, The Commons. As a part of this team Maggie assists with coordination of workshops and communication to students and advisory boards, along with providing general program support. Prior to joining the Greater Milwaukee Committee, Maggie worked for Columbia St. Mary’s Foundation as a development assistant and served two years in AmeriCorps in Chicago and Duluth, MN assisting with community outreach and student engagement.
Maggie graduated from DePaul University with a B.A. in communication studies and a minor in sociology. She is an active volunteer with 88Nine Radio Milwaukee and a founding member and co-chair of the service committee for Salvation Army’s Milwaukee Echelon chapter.
